KEEP IT COOL THIS SUMMER TRADE PROMOTION

Promoter: The Interiors Group trading as Carpet Court and Curtain Studio (together, the Promoter).

Promotion period: 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (NZDT). Entries are allocated into the draw for the month in which the qualifying purchase is made.

Who can enter: New Zealand trade customers whose purchases are classified as commercial/trade
in the Promoter’s systems, excluding national accounts. Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies/suppliers (and their immediate families) are not eligible.

How to enter:
Automatic entry. When an eligible trade customer makes a qualifying purchase over $500, they receive 1 entry into that month’s draw. Multiple qualifying purchases = multiple entries.

Qualifying purchases:

  • Trade/commercial sales only (excluding national accounts)
  • All products and services included
  • Purchase must be over $500 (incl. GST) per tax invoice after discounts
  • Deposits/part-payments do not create additional entries (entries are based on invoice total)

Returns/cancellations/credits: If a qualifying purchase is refunded, cancelled, or credited before the draw and the net invoice value becomes $500 or less, the entry is void. The Promoter may disqualify a winner if eligibility is affected by refunds/returns.

*Prizes: 30 Retro Coolers total — 10 winners per month (Jan, Feb, Mar). Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Draw dates (approx.):

  • January purchases: draw 10 February 2026
  • February purchases: draw 10 March 2026
  • March purchases: draw 10 April 2026

Draws are run centrally using eligible-entry data extracted from Promoter systems.

Winner notification & announcement: Winners will be contacted using trade account details within a reasonable time after the draw and will be announced on the The Interiors Group website (e.g., business/account name and region).

Trade account must be up-to-date: If a trade customer wins, their account must be up-to-date (no overdue balances outside agreed credit terms) at the time the prize is issued. If not, the Promoter may withhold the prize until rectified or redraw.

Prize fulfilment: Prize will be delivered or available for store pick-up (method determined by the Promoter). Winners must provide correct delivery/contact details.

Privacy: Information will be used to administer the promotion and contact winners. Handling of personal information is in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable NZ law.

General: The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are incorrect, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these terms. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss arising from this promotion or prize use. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.
